2025-2026 Marching Band Fees

The Marching Band Fees for the 2024-2025 season have been set as follows:

$400.00 For the first student.

$300.00 For the first additional sibling living in the same household.

$200.00 For each additional sibling living in the same household.

**SIBLINGS MUST BE LIVING IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD TO QUALIFY FO RTHE DISCOUNT**

$225.00 for Middle School Students.

We invite each family to join the Butler Band Boosters. The membership dues for each booster member are $35.00 per year. This includes a t-shirt for each member that we encourage you to wear at all games and competitions.

Marching shoes are required for each student. Shoes are $30.00 per pair and are not included in marching fees. If you have a pair from a previous year and they are still in good condition, you do not need to purchase new shoes.

We are pleased to offer the following payment plan schedule:

Payment #1-

$100.00 Commitment fee due by May 23, 2025.

$75.00 for the first additional sibling (living in the same household)
$50 for each additional sibling (living in the same household).
Middle School students are responsible for the $100.00 commitment fee.
(Example: A three student household would pay a $225.00 commitment fee).

Payment #2-

$100.00 Due by June 30, 2025.

$75 for the first additional sibling (living in the same household).
$50 for each additional sibling (living in the same household).
$41.66 for middle school students.
(Example: A three student household would pay $225.00).

Payment #3-

$100.00 Due by July 30, 2025

$75 for the first additional sibling (living in the same household).
$50 for each additional sibling (living in the same household).
$41.66 for middle school students.
(Example: A three student household would pay $225.00).

Payment #4-

$100.00 Due by August 15, 2025

$75 for the first additional sibling (living in the same household).
$50 for each additional sibling (living in the same household).
$41.66 for middle school students.

Marching Shoes must be paid for by July 30, 2025. Shoes are $30 per pair and will be invoiced separately.

BTHS Band Booster dues of $35 per member and will be invoiced separately.
