The Marching Band Fees for the 2024-2025 season have been set as follows:

$350.00 For the first student in each family.

$175.00 For each additional student in the same family.

$200.00 for Middle School Students.

A Refundable Concession Stand Deposit of $100.00 per family is due by August 1, 2024. Because the concession stand is by far our biggest fundraiser, we must have the help of every family. Each family is required to work in the concession stand at 2 games PER STUDENT. Upon the completion of your family's participation, the deposit will be refunded to you. Failure to complete the required shifts will result in forfeiture of the deposit. It does not have to be the parent/guardian that works the concession stand. It can be any family member or friend. Workers must be at least 16 years of age.

Each family must also also join the Butler Band Boosters. The membership dues for each booster member are $35.00 per year. This includes a t-shirt for each member that we encourage you to wear at all games and competitions. T-shirts for additional family members or friends can be purchased for $20.00

Marching shoes are required for each student. Shoes are $30.00 per pair and are not included in marching fees. If you have a pair from a previous year and they are still in good condition, you do not need to purchase new shoes.

We are pleased to offer the following payment plan schedule:

​

$100.00 Commitment fee due by May 10, 2024. ($50 for each additional student in the family. $100 for middle schoolers). 

​

$150.00 Due by July 1, 2024. ($75 for each additional student in the family. $50 for middle school students).

​

Marching Shoes must be paid for by July 22, 2024. Shoes are $30 per pair. 

​

BTHS Band Booster dues of $35 per family and $20 for each additional Booster t-shirt are due by July 22, 2024. 

​

$100 Refundable Concession Stand Deposit is due by August 1, 2024. 

​

$100.00 Due by September 1, 2024. ($50 for each additional student in the family. $50.00 for middle school students).
